AMG 9284 Dynamic Capital Bank order to issue a banking licence directed to APRA (Australian prudential regulatory authority) 10/12/2025
Document AMG 9284 is a letter of demand to APRA, to issue a banking licence to Andrew Morton Garrett, after he lawfully applied for one NINE years earlier in 2016. Over the course of the years APRA continually refused to issue one.
In August 2023 APRA applied to the Federal Court without notifying the crown attorney general. Justice Lee issued a court order ex parte, meaning without both parties present, an invalid and unlawful exercise of judicial discretionary public powers, which restricted Andrew from using certain words in his business dealings related to banking. Rather than complying with the unlawful demand to cease using certain words, he used the demand as a formal counter-demand, insisting that APRA must issue the banking license immediately.
The sole reason APRA has refused to issue a banking licence is because they do not want the large amounts of money held in Dynamic Capital Bank to reach the people. The reason Andrew set up his own bank in the first place is because the rothschilds central banks in Australia also refuse to release the money that was lawfully reclaimed, back to the people.
In previous years, the Crown Attorney General lawfully reclaimed and liquidated many fraudulent corporations. The capital is held in trusts in a bank he set up, with the intention of redistributing the wealth that was stolen, back to we the people. Dynamic Capital Bank does not take deposits- it draws only from its own equity, yet the government unlawfully refuses to issue a banking licence to this day.
