Why is he doing this?
-Strength in numbers
-Efficiency. To save time on repeat proceedings for many (many) people.
-Consistency. He wants the court to make a decision on major legal questions, so that it is fair for everyone moving forward. No more ‘changing the rules’, depending on who is in court.
-Providing a right to compensation. The Australian government has failed to provide fundamental human rights of remedy to its people. Andrew has been trying to ‘get the money to the people’ for years, and the government and corporations have intentionally blocked him at every turn.
-Accountability. The end goal is to use the Hong Kong courts to force governemnts and corporations worldwide to produce records and explain their actions.
In essence, he is creating a unified legal front to challenge the validity of government authority, and to secure financial and legal “justice” for all people.
How can you help?
The International Crown Attorney General is inviting anyone to sign in support of what he is doing, to take to the High Court of Hong Kong. There is no age limit or citizenship requirements, because this is for the benefit of all people, everywhere. Signing says that you support what he is doing, and would like to be represented by him (this is completely free).
