Parlimentry Council are writing fake laws known as ‘acts’ under the corporation of the crown, not the constitution. An act is not law only a recommendation, and cannot be enforced. 

The Office of Parliamentary Counsel is a team of specialized lawyers whose main job is to write all the laws for the Australian Government. They also prepare the official certificates that allow the Governor-General to sign off on new laws. This office is part of the Attorney-General’s “portfolio,” meaning they are managed by the country’s top legal officer.

Abdication of office basically means that government ‘law writers’ have abandoned their real duties. They have effectively ‘walked off the job’, because they refuse to act lawfully in their positions. Instead of serving the interests of the people, these officials have been following a corrupt system that ignores the actual constitution. When CAG says they have “vacated” or “abdicated” their office, he is saying they no longer have the legal right to hold those positions because they are not following the law. 

The chain of command is broken and the law-writers are implicated. Because the parliamentary counsel works directly under the Attorney-General- they are all part of this same failure to protect the public. The Laws are fake, because these officials have walked away from their legitimate constitutional roles. As a result, the laws they produce are not real and should be ignored.
