Rule 101- First Come the Crimes then Comes the Coverup
In the beginning..
In 1973, Andrew Garrett established his winemaking career and fast became a highly successful, award winning vintner. Unfortunately, his business assets and intellectual property were stolen and laundered at the hands of lawyers Price Waterhouse and Fisher Jeffries, through a coordinated conspiracy that weaponised regulatory and banking systems to hide the theft.
Rather than receiving justice, Andrew was faced with cover up after cover up, each lie bigger than the previous as the corporations protected one another. An intentional, coordinated, multi-decade collusion involving the Australian government, major financial institutions, and global accounting and legal firms to steal private trust property ensued. Andrew explains that these criminals converted his profitable wine enterprise into an asset-deficient one on paper, while transferring real commercial value to other corporate entities.
Currently, Andrew is pursuing legal enforcement in the High Court of Hong Kong, asserting that Australian regulatory bodies like ASIC and APRA have failed to properly supervise the financial system or investigate his claims. He has filed comprehensive Suspicious Transaction Reports with the Australian National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) and the Hong Kong Joint Financial Intelligence Unit (JFIU), showing systemic corruption and money laundering.
Australian courts unlawfully slandered him as a “vexatious litigant,” prohibiting him from instigating legal action against the corrupt corporations. He maintains that these court findings are a result of judicial bias and a denial of justice, and as a result he created the “Abolition of Impunity Bill 2026” to address his claims of institutional failure.
Recently Unity Bank, who issued an Offboarding Notice to unlawfully close Andrew’s personal bank account in July 2026, implicated themselves in serious interference in a financial system.
